Team Over Me

Organizations are only as good as their team

You've probably heard there's no I in Team (although 8 year olds wisely suggest there is a Me). No matter how great the individuals are, the ceiling is never related to each one's ability; the potential is based on their synergy. It's why a three cord strand isn't easily broken.

Two individuals working together can accomplish more than three working alone.

It's why the author Simon Sinek said, "It's better to have a great team than a team of greats."

This isn't to sell our staff short. Rather, it's to compliment how well they work together and more importantly, how much they trust each other.

Our sales team can trust our service department has inspected the 4X4 system of a Toyota Tundra a customer is driving from Knoxville to test drive.

All of this is good in theory, but when we see it in practice - man, what a wonderful feeling.

As you can see from the attached photo on this post, four of our team members voluntarily played together in a golf tournament benefiting a local school. They didn't win, but they did something better: they got closer. They broke bread together. They saw each other outside of their work setting.

We hope you also sense that closeness when you visit Auto Solutions. We are one big team, here to serve you, always looking to improve.
