At Auto Solutions in Maryville, TN, we understand what we're up against. People don't trust car salesmen. Heck, we don't trust them.

If you look at our staff, only one person in our ENTIRE organization had ever sold cars before and he did it for three months when he was 18.

Our reasoning is simple - we don't want the bad habits that come with car sales.

In an industry full of cheats, we want to stand out for the right reasons, and we believe you do that with the right people. Sure, we give each vehicle a 125-point inspection that includes a safety exam where we measure both tire tread and brake pad depth. But, there are others who do that. What we believe separates us is we hire high-character people from the greater Knoxville area who we vet thoroughly, making sure we are getting the right person with the right fit and the right skills, in that order.

Then, once they become part of our team, we train them to value our customers and to prioritize their experience. That's why our owner is a soon-to-be graduate of the Disney Institute, where he studied under the tutelage of top Disney execs to learn how they maintain the magic of customer service.

In summary, we believe by instilling customer service into our team, then making sure we treat our team well, they will pass along their employee satisfaction to the customers, achieving our ultimate goal of making this the best car-buying experience in the region.
