Eighty Percent of Success is Showing Up

Blockbuster. Circuit City. Toys "R" Us.

In 2004, these businesses were staples of the economy.

On Valentines Day of that year, a husband and wife realized their dream of owning a business and opened Auto Solutions.

We wanted to offer a better, friendlier version of the car-buying experience.

Almost 22 years later, those aforementioned businesses are long gone.

Yet, here we are.

It's really humbling to think about. A small business lasting this long, surviving recessions and a pandemic, is no easy task.

And, we have made plenty of missteps along the way. But, we've never lost sight of the big picture: you.

We don't think we've got it all figured out; but, we are intentional and we have a plan.

You - the customer - are always at the epicenter of that.

We are always looking for ways to serve you better, to improve upon our processes, and continually evaluate our model.

It isn't lost on us that 40% of small businesses fail within 3 years, 50% within 5, and over 80% fail within the first 20 years.

I don't know how long we'll be here, but I can promise you that as long as we are, we will never stop trying to improve your experience.
