Milestone Day for Auto Solutions

We've been in business for over 21 years now so we've seen some stuff. Smart phones, Facebook, COVID, Harambe - we were open before all these things existed.

So, when we have a first, it's a big deal to us!

And that's just what happened this past Saturday.

For the first time ever, Auto Solutions had an all-female staff working the entire day. Four women - Nicki, Tammy, Gabby, and Amber all ran the show (if you saw Eli he came in after golfing and was technically "off" but the guy never stops working!) and did an fantastic job!

The reason this is a big deal is because it happened naturally, by their merit. We aren't a place that panders or does things to get credit by virtue signaling - that's a bunch of BS. What we are is a meritocracy, where anyone anytime can do anything and if they do it good enough, they will be rewarded for it.

These ladies showed one of the many reasons we're proud of our staff - that if you work hard enough, good things will happen.
