Have you ever seen a company preach one thing but practice another?
We certainly have. In fact, we've probably been guilty of it ourselves in the past.
After some serious soul-searching and self-audit, we realized that even though our leadership prioritized customer service, it wasn't always reflected from our frontline team.
So we put our heads together and went back to the drawing board to determine how to ensure our team always reflected our values from the top down.
What we found was interesting: we needed to take better care of our employees.
In the years since, we have prioritized making our culture stronger and making this a fun and consistent work environment for our staff.
And it worked.
When we recognized that the happier our team was, the happier our customers were, the entire script flipped.
Nowadays, our three core values are REPUTATION, QUALITY, & EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION.
As luck would have it, our customer experience immediately improved. Being greeted by someone who was truly happy to be there made buying cars fun again.
Today, the 2025 version of NCAA March Madness begins.
Our office all made their picks to see who will win the cash prize, but more importantly - bragging rights for the entire year.
