Auto Solutions Off To Record Start in 2025

New Leadership Members Propel Business

As we celebrate 21 years of business this week, we feel it's appropriate to give honor where honor is due.

Many of you who have shopped with us within the past 6 months have noticed major changes to our physical store, as well as our processes, but most obviously - our team.

We underwent drastic changes last year in order to preserve the longevity of our business and ensure we can serve our community for another couple decades. Part of that involved getting the right people on the bus, the wrong people off it, and then determining the right seats for everyone to be in.

It was a difficult process in which the end wasn't always in sight, and at times the light at the end of the tunnel appeared to be an oncoming train. But, we perservered, and when things looked shaky, we did the only thing we know how to do: put our heads down and go to work.

As the dust settled, and we continued to focus on what Jim Collins calls the Hedgehog Concept (the one thing you do best), we finished the fiscal year with the best results in years.

That momentum has only continued to ramp up in 2025, as we are off to record starts in February after posting the best January in years.

We say all this not to boast on ourselves, but to bring honor to two key players who have been instrumental in this turnaround: new General Manager Derek Brock, who has been with our team 6 years and served previously as Service Manager, and Business Manager Nicki Bryant, who started out as a part-time title clerk and has risen to the Leadership Team due to her innate attention to detail and unmatched work ethic.

Under the daily leadership of these two, our culture has experienced a tremendous boost and the positive atmosphere in our building is palpable, even to our customers.

As our team continues to grow, and talented members flock here from all over, we just wanted you all to know how thankful we are to have people who want to be here and protect the sanctity of a small business day in and day out.

We would also like to give a special shoutout to Eli Golder for his countless Saturdays and infectious attitude, as well as Michael Bannon, our Lead Technician, whose guidance has turned around our entire inspection and reconditioning process.

There are so many others on or team who are worthy of a great big THANK YOU! Amber Brock, Jacob Patterson, Tammy Sullivan, Jaron Brock - all of whom played a pivotal role in revamping our business into its best version yet.
