Auto Solutions Joins Invitation-Only Leadership Group

If you've read any of our previous posts, you know this has been an unpredictable year in the car business. But, unpredictable does not equal bad - just different.

Different comes in many shapes and sizes, and most people don't enjoy change, but the changes we have made as a team this year have allowed us to thrive during uncertain economic times.

Much of this can be attributed to a team who takes pride in what we do and loves our community. Other avenues that have encouraged and inspired us are the industry networks and long-standing relationships with those in and outside of the automotive industry.

Imagine our excitement when one of our leaders was approached by a gentleman while their sons had football practice together. When they started talking about their careers, this individual shared that he owns a business in Maryville, TN. His company is very successful and employs a large number of people, and he pointed much of his success to a faith-based leadership group he's a member of.

After a few weeks of getting to know each other, he invited Auto Solutions to visit the group on a trial basis. We gladly accepted. It wasn't until later that we discovered this group is prestigious and invitation-only.

A month later, we joined and have already seen the fruits in our business.

The emphasis of this group and the businesses therein revolve around healthy culture, strong morals, and a foundation that transcends business.

As a company, we know no matter how hard we try that we can't be perfect, which is why we don't make certain professions just to help sell cars.

But, behind the scenes, rest assured knowing our team holds certain inalienable values that will continue to help drive us forward the only way we can - by rolling up our shirt-sleeves.
